General Terms and Conditions of BK dental d.o.o.

The main purpose pursued by BK DENTAL d.o.o. is to offer dental services BK DENTAL d.o.o., as a provider and service provider, provides services in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.The General Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations of the provider BK DENTAL , and of the demanders of the services of the provider BK DENTAL . The issuer of these General Terms and Conditions is the provider BK DENTAL dental centre.

Meaning of terms used in these General Terms and Conditions:

Enquirer: a natural or legal person who, by visiting the bkdental.si website, acquires the right to use the services of BK DENTAL by enquiring about various services.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

The service provider BK DENTAL reserves the right to make changes to the General Terms and Conditions in the course of business, with effect for the future. The changes to the General Terms and Conditions will be notified to the enquirer by publication on the website of the BK DENTAL service provider. If the Inquirer does not agree with the amended General Terms and Conditions, he/she may withdraw from the contract, otherwise he/she shall be deemed to have accepted the amended General Terms and Conditions.

Description of the BK DENTAL dental centre

The services of BK DENTAL are available to the Enquirer. The latter shall forward his/her request for a service free of charge to the Contractor via an online form on the website www.bkdental.si, which shall provide the requestor with a quotation for the service sought.

Enquiries

An Invitation to Tender issued by the Inviting Party is a non-binding invitation to respond or to submit a tender by the Provider.
The user who submits an enquiry agrees to receive this information from BK DENTAL d.o.o. and agrees that his/her personal data submitted here will be treated until he/she withdraws his/her consent to receive it, by sending an e-mail to info@bkdental.si or by calling 031 204 400.
The Tenderer shall forward the Tender to the Enquirer as soon as possible by e-mail or other means of communication, as agreed in advance between the Tenderer and the Enquirer.
During the period of validity of the Contractor's offer, the Inviting Entity may accept or reject it. If the Inquirer accepts the offer received, it shall be binding on the Contractor.

Offers

The provider BK DENTAL will endeavour to ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information by maintaining the content, but does not warrant or assume any liability for its accuracy or completeness. BK DENTAL shall not be liable for any typographical errors and for delays and omissions in the entry of up-to-date data. All users use the published content at their own risk. The Provider reserves the right to modify, add or remove services (in whole or in part) without prior notice and shall not be liable for any consequences of such modifications. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from access to use or inability to use the information obtained from the Provider for any errors or omissions in its content.

Service billing

The Contractor's services shall be charged in accordance with the price list or quotation of the Provider. The User shall pay for the Provider's services on the basis of an invoice in accordance with the law.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

BK DENTAL collects the following personal data in accordance with the purposes set out below:

• basic information about the user (name and surname, residential address, date of birth);
• contact details (email address, phone number, ordering time, date);
• information about the user's use of the Provider's website (IP address, date and time, content of the request, access status, amount of data downloaded, information about your browser);
• details of the enquiries and invoices issued to the Enquirer (date, booked appointments, price of the service, total amount of the service, method of payment, numerator and date of invoice).

The provider BK DENTAL will protect the data obtained in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation and in accordance with its internal acts adopted on the basis of the Act.

The data obtained will be kept until revoked by the BK DENTAL Inquirer. The BK DENTAL Provider shall, at the BK DENTAL Inquirer's request:

• confirm whether or not data relating to him/her is being processed and allow him/her to inspect, copy or reproduce the personal data relating to him/her;
• provide an extract of the personal data relating to him or her;
• provide information on data processing methods;
• the right to inspect, copy, amend, rectify, block and erase personal data concerning him or her.

Contractual processing of personal data

As a user, you acknowledge and agree that the Provider may entrust individual tasks relating to your data to other persons (contractual processors). The contractual processors may process your personal data solely and exclusively within the framework of the Provider's instructions, within the limits of the Provider's authorisation (in a written contract) and in accordance with the purposes defined in these General Terms and Conditions.

The Provider works with contract processors:

• law firms;
• service providers;
• IT systems maintainers;
• payment system providers
• online advertising providers

BK DENTAL will not pass on the user's personal data to unauthorised third parties.
